Apple and Pear
This is a recent pastel painting. I'm seeking to push the limits of pastels by taking this painting as far as I can without it becoming "photorealism." I'm trying to find the perfect balance of color, composition, drawing, and light. I feel this is a strong accomplishment of those factors.
